Refund policy

Start with the 14-day free trial, which needs no card — so you know whether Rulegate Pro is for you before you pay.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings › License › Manage billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. Nothing on your computer is deleted.

Refunds

• First payment: if Rulegate Pro isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan.
• Renewals: we don't refund a renewal or the unused part of a period, monthly or yearly — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used Pro since the renewal, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
• Something went wrong: a duplicate charge, or a fault on our side that kept Pro from working, is always refunded.
• Where the law where you live gives you more, you get that.

To ask, email rulegate-support@s3techpulse.com from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, usually within 5–10 business days. A refunded plan ends when the refund is made.
