Terms of service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms are between you and Shunaya Softwares Solutions Private Limited, House No. 152–153, Upper Ground Floor, Block B, Pocket 6, Sector 5, Delhi 110085, India, trading as S3 Tech Pulse ("we"). By installing or using Rulegate Pro (the "App") or creating an account, you accept them. If you use it for an organization, you accept them for that organization.
1. The App and your license
The App is proprietary software. While you have an active trial or paid plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on up to two computers at a time (the "seats") for your own or your organization's work. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows, remove its license checks, or share one account among people.
The open-source Rulegate CLI and plugin are separate and licensed under the MIT License, not these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address and are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your email secure; tell us at rulegate-support@s3techpulse.com if you think someone else has access.
3. Trial, plans and payment
A trial lasts 14 days and needs no card; one per person. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we are the seller and issue the invoice. Prices exclude tax, and GST or any other tax due where you are is added at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and may change, with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal at a new price. Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. Your code and data
Your code, rules, memory and maps stay on your computer and remain yours; we receive none of them. What the App does send is described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the code you and your AI tools produce and for your use of Claude Code and other third-party tools, which have their own terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the App to break the law, to attack our server or others, or to get around seat limits or license checks.
6. Updates and changes
The App updates itself with signed releases. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something central to a paid plan, you may cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused period. We may update these terms and will tell you in the App or by email before material changes take effect.
7. Ending
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. When a plan ends, the App stops serving Pro features; your local files are not deleted.
8. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI agents using it will produce correct code. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
